ALL ABOARD AT CATHAL BRUGHA STREET

"All aboard" is a series of events all about digital life, digital literacy, digital skills and more, running in DIT from Monday 3rd April to Friday 7th April. The event at DIT is co-ordinated jointly by the Learning, Teaching and Technology Centre and DIT Library Services, with help from DIT Students Union.

Panel Discussion - Living in a post truth society

A panel discussion about truth and post-truth, fake news and alternative facts as they pertain to life in Ireland and to DIT students and staff. Panellists will include:
Dr Jane Suiter  Director of the Institute for Future Media and Journalism, DCU.
Dr Gavan Titley Senior Lecturer, Media Studies, Maynooth University.
Tom Clonan Lecturer, School of Media, DIT. Irish Times Security Analyst.

DIT’s Microsoft Office 365 plan allows students and staff to install the latest version of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) on your PC or Mac; run Office apps on tablets or phones running Android, iOS, and Windows; get 1Tb of cloud storage on OneDrive; use the online version of Microsoft Office on any computer; access online training via the Microsoft Imagine Academy.
