UCC molecular gastronomy workshop

University College Cork are running a one day workshop on molecular gastronomy on 21st February. Speakers will include Ross Lewis (Chapter One Restaurant, Dublin), Professor Herve This (AgroParis Tech, Paris), Professor Jorge Ruiz (University of Extremadura, Spain), Dr Juan Valverde (Teagasc), and Quico Sosa (Sosa, Spain).
