Speakers will include Ross Lewis (Chapter One Restaurant, Dublin), Professor Herve This (AgroParis Tech, Paris), Professor Jorge Ruiz (University of Extremadura, Spain), Dr Juan Valverde (Teagasc), and Quico Sosa (Sosa, Spain).
