EMERALD INSIGHT NEW DIGITAL PLATFORM

Emerald Insight are launching their new digital platform on Thursday July 4th 2019. 

Emerald have updated their platform, "...to create a much better experience for the showcasing, broad dissemination and visibility of social science research for authors, readers, students, researchers and librarians. We have built the platform in partnership with our customers and users, and your needs are at the heart of the project."

The Emerald team have put together an FAQ document in relation to the update.

HELP PLAN YOUR LIBRARY- DRAW TO WIN €100

Hi everyone,

I hope you're having a nice Easter break, and you aren't studying too hard!

DITSU has been working with TU Dublin in the creation of the Park House Library, which will be the main Library service for the City Campus until the Academic Hub is built. It is located on the North Circular Road. 

Please complete this important and short survey to help us plan for the future.

10,000+ students from Kevin St., Catha Brugha St. and Rathmines get ready to move to Grangegorman next year, and we want to know what you want to prioritise for the Park House library. 

How does the library fit into your academic life and support your studies? What library services are most important to you, and what do you think should be done to improve them?

Your answers to this survey will help us answer those questions.

Please share this survey with your class and encourage them to fill it out - every survey will be put into a draw to win a €100 One for All voucher! 

We need as many responses as possible, so students have a say in the planning of the library, not just the staff. 

The survey will close at 5pm on Tuesday May the 7th - fill it out soon please! 

If you have a passionate view on the future of your library, watch this space - there will be a focus group coming up where you can share your opinions on what the library should be doing for students.
